Jouer (pronounced JHU-AY) means “to play” in french and Jouer Yoga and Movement brings a sense of play to the practice of yoga. With a focus on creativity, curiosity and emotional regulation, we want to engage everyone in these beneficial practices. We believe yoga should be accessible to anyone and in any setting. We offer yoga and mindfulness classes both in and out of the yoga studio to students of all ages and abilities.
