Take a break to connect to your breath, body and heart with yoga and meditation. Learn skills to manage stress and anxiety and increase compassion. Beginners welcome. Class will be taught via Zoom.

Join us for a quick 5-10 minute break for calm and focus before school and for calm and relaxation before bed. These breaks are perfect for school age children. Follow Jouer Yoga on Instagram to join these daily classes.
Yoga for Worries (K-5th grade) Mondays 3:30-4:45
Learn to manage worries big and small through stories, breathing exercises, guided relaxation and movement! Class will be taught live via Zoom.
Mindful Breaks time tbd
Perfect break for school age children will include a quick mindful activity or game. This class will be taught via zoom. Send us an email to register and we will send you a link to join. Join us for free!
Yoga Nidra Tuesdays 7:00-7:45 (donation based)
Class will include gentle movement and a fully guided meditation practice. Meditation can be completed in a seated or lying position and is accessible for beginners and those with limited mobility. Class will be taught live via Zoom. You will be sent the unique class link before class begins.
